Office Location & Directions
We are located at 3903 S. 7th St., Suite 2B, Terre Haute, Indiana on the Terre Haute Regional Hospital campus.
Our office is in the two story red brick Professional Office Building on the east end of Terre Haute Regional Hospital. Enter the building at the south doors. Our suite number is 2B.
From East or West - take Interstate 70 to 41S exit (South Third Street). Go to Davis Avenue and turn left (east) to 7th Street stoplight and turn right (south). Go to Hospital Lane (2nd stoplight) and turn right onto Hospital Lane and then left into the parking lot.
From the North - take US 41 South to Davis Avenue and turn left (east) to 7th Street stoplight and turn right (south). Go to Hospital Lane (2nd stoplight) and turn right onto Hospital Lane and then left into the parking lot.
From the South - take US 41 North to the South 7th Street exit and go to the 2nd stoplight (Hospital Lane) then turn left onto Hospital Lane and left again into the parking lot.
