Prescription Refills
If you need a refill on medication, please call the office (812) 232-2708 and we will get authorization from Dr. Esper. We require 24-48 hours to call your prescription in to your local pharmacy.
Medical Records
Information regarding medical records can be obtained by calling our main office number: (812) 232-2708. Medical records are kept confidential. We will not release any of your medical information without first obtaining a signed authorization from you.
